Aluminum and Fiberglass Insect Screening

Phifer screening is available in convenient sizes and widths for most standard door and window openings and in packages for all applications. Phifer also manufactures PetScreen^®heavy-duty, pet-resistant insect screening. PetScreen is seven times stronger than regular insect screening, therefore it is the ideal screening fabric for people with dogs or cats and high traffic areas.

For tighter mesh to stop small insects Phifer manufactures a charcoal fiberglass 20x20 mesh insect screen called "No-See-Ums".

Interior and Exterior Sun Control Products

Phifer has been involved in the manufacture of sun control products for nearly 30 years, and Phifer sun control products have been installed and proven effective on millions of commercial and residential applications worldwide.

Phifer SunScreen^®, SunTex^® 80 & 90, Super Solar Screening, and Solar-Insect Screening are designed for use in exterior shading applications. When used on the exterior of windows, glass doors, sun spaces and other glass areas, they can stop a large amount of the sun's heat and glare before it strikes the window or enters the room.

Phifer SheerWeave^® Style 1000, Style 2000/2100, Style 2390/2360/2410, Style 3000, Style 4000/4100/4400, Style 4800 and Style 5000 are expressly designed for use in interior applications. Their beautiful decorator colors are preferred by architects and interior designers and adapt easily to most common window treatment installation methods including roll-up shades, roman shades, folding shades, pleated shades, drapes, vertical blinds, sheers and screens.

Custom Aluminum Wire

Phifer has been supplying quality custom aluminum round wire for over 30 years.

To meet a wide variety of needs, Phifer stocks more than 15 aluminum alloys on a regular basis. Diameter capabilities range from .340" to .0063" (8.6-0.16mm) with packaging available on braider bobbins, spools, reels, coils and large capacity stem carriers. Phifer offers precision wound as well as etched aluminum wire for specialized industrial uses. Phifer aluminum wire products can be packaged for shipment anywhere in the world.

In addition, Phifer supplies quality cold heading wire drawn to custom specifications in diameters from .340" to .040". Aluminum metallizing wire is available in alloys ranging from 99.00% to 99.99% in aluminum purity and we offer a variety of cleaned, precision spooled packages and coils. Our braid wire is made to strict customer specifications and is the highest quality on the market today.

Phifer is excited to announce the unveiling of our newest product line, Phifertex^® Marquésa ^® Blends. Marquésa Blends are the newest alternative for deep seating fabrics, offering 12 elegantly designed patterns available for immediate shipment.

Phifertex Marquésa Blends have a very unique texture unlike any other fabrics in the industry. The fabric combines a PVC yarn with new Marquésa that gives the fabric dimensional stability needed for deep seating applications and still has the necessary softness for cushions.

In addition, the fabric exceeds the casual furniture industry cushion standards (TCFFA) for strength, durability and colorfastness.
